Product structure

System 1 (1.8/3kV or 3.6/6kV): Flexible stranded tinned copper conductor with heat-resistant 3GI3 rubber based on EPR, easily strippable outer semiconductive layer

System 2 (0.6/1kV): Flexible stranded tinned copper conductor with heat-resistant 3GI3 rubber based on EPR.

Ground wire: Tinned copper spirally wound.

Wire harness: Expandable or compressed copper/steel control and monitoring conductor, EPR insulation, optional optical fiber, outer layer covered with tinned copper wire and semiconductive rubber insulation.

Inner sheath: 2-layer design, semiconductive insulation + Type 5GM5 rubber.

Armor: Steel wire spirally wound, embedded in outer sheath, glass fiber braid to prevent sheath exchange.

Outer sheath: Type 5GM5 rubber, abrasion and tear resistant, oil-proof, flame retardant

Rated voltage: 1.8/3KV
