Product structure
Conductor material: ultra-fine wire bare copper conductor (power core and control pair) and 19-wire tinned copper conductor (data pair)
Conductor class: According to UL758 standard, STM B3 or ASTM B33 standard, DIN VDE 0295 Class 5 conductor or IEC 602285 class conductors
Core insulation: Polypropylene (PP)
Core identification :<20AWG; 5 core and below using color separation, in line with n,DIN 47100, more than 5 core multi-core cable using core wire color separation, white ink dot distinction; ≧20AWG: Color separation is adopted for 5 cores and below,
including yellow/green line, in line with n.DIN 47100, multi-core cables with more than 5 cores are black core, and white ink numbered (customized if there are special requirements)
Stranding: Personalized design according to the project: power core without or with a pair of stranding together shield control pair and a pair of DSL data pair non-woven wrap
