    Designed for industrial equipment, heavy tools, electrical and welding leads, power extensions, portable machinery, sound equipment, portable stage lights, ship dock power supply and mining applications. Suitable for indoor/outdoor. Portable tools, equipment, small motors and related machinery, appliances, equipment of electrical equipment, exposed to oil, solvents, flame, moisture, or requiring flexibility and durability. Suitable for applications up to 600 V and temperatures from -40°C to +105°C.

    Excellent resistance to oils, acids, chemicals, water, ozone, extreme temperatures, cuting, tearing and abrasion.

    S = Extra hard service (rated for 600V)
    O = Oil resistant outer jacket
    W = Weather and water-resistant - outdoor rated (note: this is NOT the same as Type W, another kind of portable cord)
